Live Classroom Training Phase
Each new Bin There Dump That Franchise Operator will spend a week at the Home Office where you will learn all aspects of Bin There Dump That. You will learn about our Business Model and how to properly execute it. You will learn about our Marketing Plan and how to execute it. You will spend a full day better understanding how we communicate to our customers and educating them as we walk alongside them when they are renting a dumpster. We will also put together a 12 month Cash Flow with sales projections that you can lean on for your first year. When you walk away, you will have a theoretical understanding of what it takes to be a Bin There Dump That operator.
The live training class is held at the Home Office approximately every 8-10 weeks and will typically have 3-5 new Franchise Operators participating.
Hands on Training at a National Training Facility
After we complete the in class training component where we learn the theoretical training, you will visit 1 of our 3 National training Facilities where you will apply the classroom training and learn what it is like to operate the business from the “boots on the ground” perspective. You will spend 2-3 days in the truck learning our systems and processes. Then you will spend some time in the office where you will answer the phones and learn how to operate our software.
Your Training Activities
The live training class is held at the Home Office approximately every 8-10 weeks and will typically have 3-5 new Franchise Operators participating. Your training activities will include:
- Learn the Software

- Orientation of a Hydraulic Lift
- Practice Lifting and placing bins with the truck
- Answer phone calls from customers
- Have 1 on 1 time with one of our best Franchise Operators in the system
