TRAINING & SUPPORT
Once you’ve confirmed your decision to become a Bin There Dump That operator, you’ll begin working with our Super Support Team.
The Bin There Dump That Super Support Team works within a phased process that helps guide new Franchise Operators through all the items needed to get a location up and running.

Training & Support Phases
Phase 1: Pre-training Location Ramp Up
An introductory call will be held with the Home Office Team. You’ll be provided with a pre-opening manual and checklist that lists all pre-opening requirements.
Phase 2: Classroom Training
New operators will attend classes focused on executing the Bin There Dump That business model and will also have the opportunity to attend training sessions at a live location.
Phase 3: Post-Classroom Training & Opening
At this stage, preparations are made leading up to the business’ opening. The Home Office Team will continue working with the new operator to ensure that checklist items are complete.
Phase 4: Ongoing Support
The final phase of training & support is ongoing throughout the business’ operation. Regular support calls are scheduled to ensure to address any questions and challenges new operators face.
